These terms govern your use of Seedstars application and the features, apps, services, and technologies (the "Service").
To access and use the Services, you must register for a Seedstars account by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Seedstars may reject your application for application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services or such greater age required in your country to register for use of our Services.
We want you to use Seedstars application to connect and share with others before, during and after our Events. But not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. You therefore agree not to engage in conduct below (or to facilitate or support others in doing so):

3- You may not access or collect data from our service using automated means (without our prior permission) or attempt to access data you do not have permission to access.
A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of service as determined in the sole discretion of Seedstars may result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We encourage our Event participants to use our Seedstars app which allows you to book meetings, organise your program, chat with others and get the latest updates on our Events. Please check out our App terms of service and Privacy policy.
You are responsible for your use of the services and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seedstars grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a mobile device and to run such a copy of the Application solely for your own personal non-commercial purposes.
You acknowledge that Seedstars retains all proprietary right, title and interest in the Services, our name, logo or other marks, and any related intellectual property rights including without limitation all modifications, enhancements, derivative works and upgrades thereto.
Trademarks, service markets and all graphical elements, including the look and feel apprising on the online services are distinct and protected trademarks of Seedstars. The online services may also contain various third-party names, trademarks that are the property of their respective owners.
Our service is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
We don’t control what people do or say, and we are not responsible for their (or your) actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or content (including unlawful or objectionable content). We also aren’t responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our service.
Our responsibility for anything that happens on the service is limited as much as the law will allow. If there is an issue with our Service, we can’t know what all the possible impacts might be. You agree that we won’t be responsible for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your content, information or account.
Seedstars reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors).
The views expressed by any event attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of Seedstars. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter of these Terms. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or communications between you and us, whether written or verbal, regarding the subject matter of these Terms. We will not be bound by, and specifically object to, any term, condition, or other provision that is different from or in addition to the provisions of these Terms (whether or not it would materially alter these Terms). If we provide a translation of the English version of these Terms, the English version of these Terms will control if there is any conflict.
The contract is governed by the laws of Switzerland (Geneva).
Jurisdiction for disputes arising from contracts or in relation to the particular event is in Geneva, Switzerland.
